If you continue to add items to your Add-On Market cart, but when you check your cart, there is nothing there, and the items are not sold out, you may need to add billing information to your account first.
In order to do so, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit your SETTINGS page.
- Click on the 'Add/Change Payment Method' link under your Payment Method section.
- Input your credit card details and click 'Change payment method'.
After doing so, please re-visit the Add-On Market and re-attempt adding the item(s). Should that not do the trick, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team at help@alltrue.com.
