You can reset your password by clicking on the "Reset Your Password" link on the Alltrue log in page. From this page, input the email address associated with your account and hit the reset button — you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password shortly!
*Note: Occasionally, the password reset email may filter into your email spam folder, so if you don’t see it in your inbox right away, it may be found there. Additionally, we recommend adding team@alltrue.com and help@alltrue.com to your email contact list to ensure important emails do not continue to be filtered into your spam folder.
If you are unable to click on the link that is sent, please copy and paste it into your browser's URL.
If you are already logged in, you can change your password at any time by visiting the SETTINGS page and clicking on 'Change your password' under your Account Info section. Simply enter your new password and save!
