*NOTE: Shipping information must be updated prior to the 1st of the seasonal month (Spring - February 1st, Summer - May 1st, Fall - August 1st, Winter - November 1st) to avoid receiving the upcoming Box to your previous address. If you would like to make updates to your current seasonal box after the 1st of the month, please email our support team at help@alltrue.com.
To simply edit or change your shipping information:
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit your SETTINGS page.
- Look under 'Shipping Addresses' to locate the shipping address you would like to change and click on 'Edit' to the bottom of it.

Enter your new address information and click the 'Save Address' button — you're all set!
- To confirm the shipping address has been updated correctly, visit the MEMBERSHIPS page of your account, locate your membership under 'My Memberships', and make sure the shipping address showing to the bottom is your newly updated address.
To add an additional address for an additional subscription:
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit your SETTINGS page.
- Click on 'Add New Address' in your Shipping Addresses section.
- Enter the information for the additional address you would like to add and click the 'Save Address' button.
- You’re not done yet! To link this new address to a particular subscription, visit the MEMBERSHIPS page of your account.
- Locate the membership you would like sent to the recently added address under the 'My Memberships' section and click on the edit icon to right of the address.
- A drop down menu will appear. Select the newly created shipping address to assign it and make sure to click 'Save Address.'
If your seasonal box has already shipped to an out-of-date address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package. Of course, if you are unable to retrieve your shipment, you may always send an email to our Community Support Team at help@alltrue.com for further assistance.
