Alltrue offers two membership types: Seasonal and Annual.
When you subscribe to an Annual Membership, you receive four seasonal boxes at a discounted rate, saving $20 USD across the year — or $5 USD per box — as a perk of making a longer term commitment to the Membership. You will be charged $279.80 USD (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) at the time of purchase for your first year of seasonal boxes. This purchase is nonrefundable and includes 4 boxes as well as access to seasonal Add-On Markets. After you receive your fourth box, your Annual Subscription will automatically renew at the start of your fifth quarter, and your account will be charged $279.80 USD, until you pause or cancel.
As an Annual Member, you have the ability to pause your membership and skip one of the four boxes in your membership, should you feel the current box is not a fit for you, or perhaps you simply need a break. To skip a box, please contact our customer service team with your request. We kindly ask you contact us before the current box's customization closes.
You can also cancel your membership with no penalties or cancellation fees at anytime prior to the your renewal date, to prevent your subscription from renewing at the start of your fifth quarter. Cancelling your annual membership will prevent your subscription from renewing at the start of your fifth quarter, but you will still receive any of the remaining four seasonal boxes for which you were previously billed. Typically we send a box each season (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) however sometimes we may offer a limited time box, which will count as one of your four boxes.
As a perk of making a longer term commitment to the membership, Annual Members also receive the ability to customize every choice item in each seasonal box by selecting the style/color/type they wish to receive from available choice items within a season. ** Note: Due to load balancing, some memberships may be renewed within the 2 weeks before or after the 1st of the seasonal month. You will always receive an email detailing your billing renewal date prior to your renewal. If you were charged early and reach out to us by the 1st we will happily issue a refund for your renewal charge. Typically we send a box each season (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) however sometimes we may offer a limited edition box, which will count as one of your four boxes for both Seasonal and Annual memberships.
