If you are currently a Seasonal Member interested in upgrading your subscription to an Annual Membership (to be granted full access to our customization feature and save money!), you can easily do so from your MEMBERSHIPS page of your account.
To upgrade your Seasonal Membership to an Annual Membership:
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit the MEMBERSHIPS page of your account.
- Locate the subscription you would like to upgrade under your My Memberships section and click on 'Upgrade', located below the corresponding subscription.
- Please read through the upgrade details pop-up and click the "YES, UPGRADE ME!" button when ready to confirm the upgrade.
- Once the upgrade has been processed, you will be receive the confirmation 'You've Been Upgraded!' — Congratulations!

*NOTE: We highly recommend upgrading your membership prior to the 1st of each seasonal renewal month (February for Spring, May for Summer, August for Fall, and November for Winter) to ensure your seasonal box has not shipped with your existing Seasonal Membership.
