Should you decide this season’s box is not for you, you can pause your membership to skip the current box and continue on with the next seasonal box. This feature is available to both our Seasonal and Annual Members. For Annual Members specifically, pausing will simply skip the current season and extend your one year term — so in total, you will still receive four seasonal boxes. To request a pause on your membership, please send an email to help@alltrue.com and our Community Support Team will take care of this for you!
*NOTE: a pause request must be submitted prior to the seasonal renewal date (February 1st for Spring, May 1st for Summer, August 1st for Fall, November 1st for Winter) in order to prevent receiving a box for that season.
